HOW TO USE THIS SERVICE:

1. ENSURE THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE A POP-UP BLOCKER INSTALLED ON YOUR PHONE OR THE UNLOCK CODE WILL NOT SHOW!

2. Count the number of bags you are disposing of x $3.25 each (there is no tax charged on garbage disposal).

3. Fill out the form below and pay the total amount due.
​
4. Once the form is submitted and payment is complete,
EXIT THE PAYMENT SCREEN AND
RETURN TO THIS FORM!

A message will appear under the "PAY NOW" button with a temporary, time-sensitive unlock code.
​
5. Enter the code on the keypad of the smart padlock that is on the bin. Be sure to unlock the lock within reasonable time or it may re-lock itself.
​
6. Unlock the lock, remove the bar and open the door to the bin. Unload your garbage into the bin.
​
7. Replace the bar and re-lock the bin.
